Your donations are sold in our retail stores to help fund job training in the community.  Each donation that you contribute is making it possible for Goodwill to continue to help put people to work in the Triad.

Goodwill accepts donations at all of our retail stores and at select weekend donation sites.

Unless otherwise specified, most locations are open:
Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m.– 8 p.m.

and Sunday, 1 p.m.– 6 p.m.

Goodwill offers Pick-up Service

Free Donation Pickup:

Free home pickups are done Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. These pickups are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.  Due to the high volume of requests for our free pickup service, we require donations to include at least one large piece of furniture in good condition. Other items that are in good condition can also be picked-up at the time.

Priority Donation Pickup (fee-based):

Goodwill has partnered with a local hauling service, College Hunks Hauling, to provide 48-hour priority pickup of your donations.  College Hunks Hauling charges a fee, but includes additional benefits, such as the removal of non-sellable items which Goodwill cannot accept.  Goodwill donors receive a discount off of the regular price from our hauling partner.
