 
Jobs on the Outside (JOTO) is a comprehensive, collaborative initiative that provides ex-offenders with skills training, job search assistance, job placement assistance and other services as an alternative answer to recidivism.
To be eligible to participate, individuals must be at least
16 years of age, have a criminal record as a barrier to employment and reside in Guilford County. All participants can receive job search assistance and referrals for other resources. Orientation to be accepted into the JOTO program is held every Monday from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Career Readiness Training
Community Service Agency Referrals
Vocational Development
JOTO staff members are available for speaking engagements to discuss
pre- and post-release services.
