Jobs on the Outside (JOTO) is a comprehensive, collaborative initiative that will provide former prisoners with skills training, job search assistance, job placement assistance and other services as

To be eligible to participate, individuals must be at least 16 years old; currently on probation or parole; possess a high school diploma or GED; and reside in Guilford, Randolph or Rockingham County. All
ex-offenders can receive job search assistance and referrals for other resources.
