THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED — In Person Training Event: Conflict Resolution on Friday, October 29 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro.
Conflict surrounds us every day in our lives and work; how we handle this conflict can determine our futures. This workshop is designed to help students understand how conflict is normal human behavior and provide tools for handling conflict in the workplace or in everyday life. The coursework includes:
- Understanding and defining conflict
- Identifying reasons conflict may happen at work or in life
- Identifying how conflict impacts different areas of our lives
- Understanding the conflict resolution process
- Learning key communication skills for resolving
