In Person Training Event: Leadership Series Part 2 – Managing Projects, on Thursday, January 13 from 1:30PM – 3:30PM at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro.
Leadership competencies are sought after by every employer in the nation, whether you are being looked at for a position with a company, have been with a company for years, or you are seeking advancement and promotion. This workshop is part two of our leadership series and focuses on teaching competencies related to managing projects as leaders, this includes:
- Inspiring and fostering team building and commitment
- Delivering, coaching, and implementing top customer service
- Enhancing your technical credibility
- Demonstrating true accountability practices
- Increasing your decisiveness
- Developing or honing your influencing and negotiating skills
