In Person Training Event: Email Basics/Digital Communication, on Wednesday, December 28 from 1:00PM – 3:00PM at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of email use in your personal and professional life. The course will teach participants: how to create email accounts, identify different email platforms and functions, best practices for writing emails, and how to manage their inboxes for better efficiency. The course will also touch on some online safety concepts to help protect you when using email. The course also covers other avenues for digital communication, including cell phones and other devices.
**PREREQUISITE: Must take the Basic Computers course or pass a Basic Computers assessment.
