GICNC is exploring participation in the NC Tri-Share Child Care Subsidy Program.
Tri-Share is a NC program where the state pays 1/3 of the licensed childcare expense, the team member pays 1/3 of the cost, and GICNC would pay the other 1/3 cost. At this point, we are most interested in how many of our team members are currently using childcare or who might use it if they qualified for this program.

1. Please review this flyer with qualifying information
2. Complete the 4-question survey (linked below that is also in the flyer and contains a QR code you can scan to complete the survey).
Partners for Children & Families is conducting this survey and tabulating the results. Please note that any information you share with them will be shared in aggregate with GICNC, but no specific employee information will be shared with us.
