Improving Lives and Enriching Communities
Returning 85% of Every Dollar to Our Community
Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc. (Triad Goodwill) is a locally operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our mission is to improve lives and enrich communities through the power of work!

We do this in a variety of ways, including through free workshops and digital skills courses, specialized job training, and a 3-day intensive program to help individuals with justice involvement avoid recidivism by teaching them how to re-enter the workforce.

Every Day Is Earth Day at Goodwill
When you donate to Triad Goodwill, you’re helping keep things GREEN! Our goal is to keep as many items out of local landfills as possible by selling them in our retail stores or online at Shopgoodwill.com. If your items do not sell, we give them another chance at the outlet store before we pass them along to our trusted and certified recycling partners.
Triad Goodwill also works with specialized electronic waste recyclers to ensure your unwanted electronics do not end up in a landfill.
