Work for Triad Goodwill

Providing Fulfilling Jobs and Careers

Employee Happiness Is Our Priority

At Triad Goodwill, we believe that people should not have to choose between a paycheck and time with their families. We believe that an employee’s well-being is a priority, and we support a healthy balance between work life and personal life, and this is exemplified through our generous benefits package options for full-time and part-time employees.

Triad Goodwill proudly offers full-time and part-time employees medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. In most cases, Goodwill contributes 50% or more toward the cost of an employee’s medical insurance.

Our organization also offers additional coverage options including:

  • Cancer insurance
  • Critical illness insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee discount (20% off donated goods).

See the bottom of the page for a full list of benefit options and offerings.

We are invested in each of our employees’ futures and want to ensure they can enjoy retirement after their dedication and service to our organization. Triad Goodwill will match up to 5% for employees who participate in our 401(k) plans.

We proudly offer a variety of 401(k) options to full-time and part-time employees who have been employed for one year, are 21 years old or older, and have worked at least 1,000 hours.

If you work for our organization, you’ll hear the phrase “Triad Goodwill Family” often. Whether you’re working in our stores, at our Career Center, or our home office, you are a part of the Triad Goodwill Family.

We believe that our employees are family, and family should always come first. We support this belief through flexible scheduling and free programs offered to ALL our employees, including an Employee Assistance Program, paid time off (PTO), bereavement leave and an employee referral bonus program. We are also proud to offer 12 paid holidays to our full-time employees.

Triad Goodwill believes whole heartedly in this saying, which is attributed to Lao Tzu: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” This sentiment is why we proudly offer a tuition reimbursement program.

This program is available to full-time employees who wish to continue their education in their job-related field. Goodwill Industries International (GII) partners with the University of Phoenix and others to provide discounts and scholarship opportunities to Goodwill employees.
