Host a donation bin at your office.
Want to clean your closet and help your neighbors and friends? Host a donation drive with us! We can provide your organization with a variety of donation drive options for the length of time that works best for you. If you are a non-profit, in exchange for your group’s donations, we’ll provide Triad Goodwill gift cards that can be used or given to those in your community or organization. You can earn Triad Goodwill shopping dollars for every pound collected.

Trailer Donation Drive
We park a branded trailer at your location to collect donations for your desired length of time. Your organization will need to provide volunteers to accept donations. Triad Goodwill will provide stairs to enter the back of the trailer and instructions for safety procedures. A waiver form must be signed to utilize this option. *This is a great option for a larger organization or partnered organizations that want to hold a week or weekend long donation event!*
Outdoor Donation Bin
We will place a branded outdoor metal bin at your location and check on it regularly to ensure it does not overflow. Only clothing, fabrics, accessories, and shoes can be donated at these locations. *This is a great option if you want to have an ongoing long-term donation location at your site!
Indoor Donation Bin
We will place a branded indoor bin at your location for the duration of your event. Depending on the length of the drive we will pick up at the end of the event or coordinate a pickup plan to ensure overflow does not occur. Clothing, fabrics, accessories, shoes, and non-breakable housewares or electronics can be donated at these locations.
Donation Bag
We will provide you with a roll of branded Goodwill heavy duty bags that your employees and participants can take home, fill at their convenience, and return to your location for a scheduled pickup. *This is a great option for locations with smaller spaces!*
