Careers On The Outside Orientation / Classes

In-Person Training: Careers On The Outside Orientation / Classes at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro.

Careers On The Outside (formerly known as Jobs On The Outside) is a program designed specifically for individuals with justice involvement to assist with reentering the workforce. The program provides training opportunities that incorporate the individuals’ strengths, while teaching soft and concrete workplace skills, cognitive behavioral principals, job search best practices, placement assistance, and supportive services that lead to successful competitive employment.

Interested participants should register in-person at the Career Center on open registration days (every Monday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) to complete initial paperwork.

Classes will be held at the Career Center on Monday – Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on designated class weeks.
