In Person Training Event: Internet Basics

In Person Training Event: Internet Basics, on Wednesday, October 5 from 2:00PM – 4:00PM at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro.

Navigating the Internet can be overwhelming and potentially dangerous if you are not familiar with how it operates. The Internet Basics course will cover topics such as: navigating an Internet browser for various tasks, identifying search terms to produce more efficient results, how to use browser tools and settings for privacy and protection, and learning how to differentiate between websites that are safe from those that may be a risk.

**PREREQUISITE: Must take the Basic Computers course or pass a Basic Computers assessment.
