Goodwill offers the challenges that come with running a retail business while knowing the money earned is being used to fund our mission of improving lives and enriching our communities. It is perfect for me because I get the complexities I experienced in the for-profit corporate world, and then go home knowing my efforts helped someone in need, and not just provided a dividend for a shareholder.
