Open Enrollment Starts next week and Our Benefits Are Changing!
We will be changing insurance providers for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. This will be your chance to learn about our new provider- United HealthCare.
This is the one time of year you can sign up for Insurance Benefits for 2026-2027 year.
Every team member (full-time and part-time) is invited to join us for an in-person or virtual education session about your insurance benefits.
Step 1: Log into ElevateU to register for an open enrollment meeting by Saturday May 16
Step 2: Select EVENTS to see the May calendar
Step 3: Select the session type (full-time or part-time), time, and date that works best for you.
Step 3: Attend the info session you signed up for.
Step 4: Select your benefits through Criterion/Sage starting Tuesday, May 19.
*We will have people onsite to help you with this process.
You must enroll in benefits if you want them by Friday, May 29
