NEW RISE Award for Triad Goodwill Team Members

 

WHAT Is It?

The R.I.S.E. Award celebrates team members who are learning new things and using what they learn to make their work, team, or store better.

WHO Can Be Nominated?

To be considered, a team member must:

  • Have worked here for at least 90 days before the nomination deadline.
  • Have completed at least one learning activity in the six (6) months before the nomination deadline. (Activity must be recorded in Elevate U.)
  • Show how they have used what they learned to make a real difference
WHAT Does “Making A Difference” Look Like?

It means the team member took what they learned and used it to:

  • Improve customer service
  • Solve a problem using new skills
  • Change how they coach or lead others
  • Create something helpful like a checklist or guide
  • Try a new tool or way of working

Examples:

  • Took a class from the Customer Service Academy and used it to better help guests
  • Found a smart way to fix a problem using what they learned
  • Changed how they give feedback after a training
  • Made a guide to help their team work faster
  • Started using a new tool to save time
Nomination Process
  • Scan the QR code (or click the button below) to access the nomination form OR log in to Elevate U to submit a nomination.
  • You may submit a video of your nomination or a written form.
  • If you need assistance in submitting your form, please reach out to the Learning & Development team for guidance.

Additional Info
  • There will be 2 award winners every 6 months. 1 from DGR (stores only) and 1 from all other departments.
  • The Employee Recognition Committee worked with SLT to support and reward learning and education throughout the organization.
  • Internal and external training qualify towards consideration of this award.
  • Winner will receive team member recognition and an award of $250.
  • The first winner will be from the timeframe of July -December 2025
