In-Person Training: Employability Skills II: Job Satisfaction & Professional Growth

In-Person Training on Tuesday, January 24 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Triad Goodwill’s Career Center at 1235 S. Eugene St. in Greensboro. Being happy and satisfied with your job can be the best thing that happens to you. When a person enjoys their employment, they have better health and life balance. This course will cover:
- Interpersonal skills in the workplace and how they will make you successful
- Recognizing appropriate and inappropriate workplace relationships
- Understanding proper workplace conversations and etiquette
- Conflict resolution and how to apply it in the workplace
- How to deal with difficult people
- Learning different communication styles in the workplace
