Looking for a job?
Triad Goodwill is hosting a job fair on Thursday, August 15 from noon – 4PM at Greensboro Christian Church (2121 Yanceyville St.) in Greensboro.
This special hiring event will showcase dozens of employers ready to hire full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions for both permanent and temporary work.
Attendees can hone and refine their resumes during the job fair with assistance from Triad Goodwill’s Greensboro Career Center, meet hiring managers and recruiters, and apply for jobs on the spot.
“What really makes Triad Goodwill’s career fair events stand out is that we don’t just arrange for employers to show up and set tables, we’re also committed to helping people get hired,” says Deonshae Ledbetter, Assistant Career Center Coordinator for Triad Goodwill.
Ledbetter adds: “Whether it’s through resume assistance, signing people up for computer training programs or even loaning them a business jacket to wear so they look professional during an interview, our goal remains the same – helping people navigate the barriers that separate them from being able to access gainful employment.”
Employers who will be present during Triad Goodwill’s August Job Fair include the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Greensboro Fire Department, Mountaire Farms, Rhino Sports, RHA, Sodexo, FedEx, Personal Care, Inc. and Allegiance Staffing with more.
There is no admission charge to attend Triad Goodwill’s August Job Fair. For more information or to sign up for free job training or computer classes, contact Triad Goodwill’s Greensboro Career Center at 336-544-5305.
