Greensboro, NC – Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc. (Triad Goodwill) opened their newest retail store and donation center in Archdale to the public on Thursday, February 20.
Located at the former Rite Aid on 11316 North Main Street, Archdale, NC 27263, the newest location is a replacement for Triad Goodwill’s previous Archdale store, which closed on February 17.
Triad Goodwill slated this preliminary open period for the new store as a soft launch with a grand opening scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 13.
The newer location will give shoppers and donors in Archdale, Trinity and surrounding areas more of what they like about Triad Goodwill. With a larger storefront space, the retailer will offer more parking and accessibility along with an expanded selection of new and gently used clothing, textiles, jewelry, accessories, furniture, housewares, electronics and more.
“We’ve seen great success with our new locations in Greensboro, Graham and High Point,” says Celeste MacMurdo, executive vice president of operations at Triad Goodwill. “And as we continue to find new ways to better serve our customers and donors, we knew this was the direction to take our Archdale store.”
For the grand opening ceremony, Triad Goodwill will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 13.
