- Hey there! You’re already on this list!
Step 2: Check your text messages spam folder.
If you did NOT receive a text message back, then let’s check your spam folder specifically for your text messages. Each phone system sets up their messaging app a little differently. Here is how to check two of the most popular ones:

General guidelines:
- Go to your Messages app for your text messages on your phone.
- Tap the menu/profile photo in the top right to view your settings.
- Click on the Unknown Senders / Spam & blocked option to review messages that have been marked as spam.
Step 3: Add us to your contacts.
If you would like to continue receiving text messages from us, mark our text messages NOT SPAM and consider adding us to your contacts list.
